Custom webhook for your support agent

How it connects

1. 1Open Integrations in your workspace and pick Custom webhook.
2. 2Enter the credentials it asks for. They are stored encrypted and the agent never sees them.
3. 3Tick the tools the agent should have. Anything unticked does not exist for the agent.
4. 4Ask something on the test bench and watch the tool call in the trace.

After connecting

• The agent calls these tools mid-conversation, whenever a customer's question needs them.
• Every call is logged with its input and result in that conversation's trace.
• Switched on or off per agent.
• A request a person must handle becomes a task for the team instead of running on its own.
