What the agent can do with it

An example

"How much is the daf?" → the price is read from the store itself, so an old price is never quoted.

How it connects

  1. 1Open Integrations in your workspace and pick Shopfa.
  2. 2Enter the credentials it asks for. They are stored encrypted and the agent never sees them.
  3. 3Tick the tools the agent should have. Anything unticked does not exist for the agent.
  4. 4Ask something on the test bench and watch the tool call in the trace.

After connecting

  • The agent calls these tools mid-conversation, whenever a customer's question needs them.
  • Every call is logged with its input and result in that conversation's trace.
  • Switched on or off per agent.
  • A request a person must handle becomes a task for the team instead of running on its own.
