WooCommerce for your support agent

Products, and a signed-in customer's own orders, from a WordPress store

~4 min setup5 tools

What the agent can do with it

An example

A signed-in customer asks where their order is; the agent finds their own order and says its status and tracking code. Someone not signed in is pointed to sign in first.

How it connects

Three things. We fill the store URL; the two keys come from your WordPress dashboard.

  1. 1Sign in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. 2WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → “Add key”.
  3. 3Set permissions to “Read/Write” and generate. It shows once — copy it right there.

After connecting

  • The agent calls these tools mid-conversation, whenever a customer's question needs them.
  • Every call is logged with its input and result in that conversation's trace.
  • Switched on or off per agent.
  • A request a person must handle becomes a task for the team instead of running on its own.
