Features

A support agent that answers from your own site

Identity, knowledge, tools, guardrails and publishing, in five tabs. Change any of them with a form, or by telling the workspace assistant.

The problem

A bot that only knows your FAQ text will confidently state a delivery date it made up. The trust that loses costs more than the time it saves.

  1. 01

    Identity and tone

A name and a picture, a one-line role the customer sees under the name, the instructions (the system prompt), the tone, and the reply language: the customer's, or always one.

The agent's identity tab: name, picture, role, instructions, tone and language.

  2. 02

    Only from your knowledge

You choose which sources the agent reads. Answers are built from those alone, and if you want, the source is shown under every answer.

  3. 03

    Guardrails

A confidence floor below which it hands off instead of guessing, a turn limit, topics it never discusses, and personal data masked in reports.

  4. 04

    The test bench

Talk to the draft before a customer does. Under each answer: how many sources it checked, which tool it called, how sure it was.

  5. 05

Published as far as you like

Which channels it answers on, what share of traffic it takes (raise it as confidence grows), and when it asks the customer who they are.

The publish tab: channels, traffic share, the identity ask, the public page.
